Client companies may not have expressed a current need for such a candidate however quite often want to be made aware of Stellar candidates who are currently employed but are looking for the next move!
Star Personnel Inc. conducts an Executive Search with the following criteria:
- In-Depth Interview - Star Personnel Inc. will conduct an Interview with the potential candidate. During the Interview we complete a Profile through In-Depth probing of where they have been and where they are going in their career. At the end of the Interview the completed Profile outlines their skill levels specific to the position, tells us specific accomplishments they have made that saved the company time and or money and outlines a wish list for their next career move.
- Confidentiality - All Executive and Staffing searches are kept confidential. Your company name is revealed to the prospective candidate only after you have requested an interview with the individual.
- Executive Placement Guarantee - Should the candidate resign or be terminated within the first 90 days of employment, for reasons other than lack of work, Star Personnel Inc. will source another candidate at the same salary level with no additional fees incurred by the client company.
